AS A REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS. You must be current or on a repayment plan with Pinnacle Management to have access to the pool facilities.

Though the Board understands the economic problem some may face today, Dues are part of your costs while living in McIntyre for the upkeep of our Community. We as a Board are bound by the CC&R's and must enforce this rule.
On opening day, please bring your Pool Pass from last year. If you lost it, or do not have one, be prepared to show two types of ID. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE THESE ITEMS OR THE ATTENDANT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU ENTRY.
You must bring with you one Picture ID and a utility, telephone, etc. Bill showing the current address in McIntyre with your name on it. The attendant will then check the list that he will have of all Homeowners. We will also be taking pictures for those who are new or have lost their ID's. We will have more information regarding guests and pool hours at a later date.
