McIntyre Matters...to All of Us!

Welcome to your neighborhood website. On this website, you'll find plenty of information about what's new in McIntyre, how to get involved in activities and who to contact with questions and concerns.

Our neighborhood is quickly becoming known throughout the Northlake area as a model for creating a safe and friendly atmosphere for families. Area police officers know members of our Neighborhood Watch by name. Community leaders have been involved in the Northlake Planning Commission, the City of Charlotte's Community University for learning the tools that make for better neighborhoods and in discussions with developers who are building nearby--all in an effort to grow the value of our property and the liveability of McIntyre.

The members of your Neighborhood Association Board of Directors and your committees welcome your input and your participation in our efforts to make McIntyre the neighborhood of choice in the Northlake area.

Mission Statement

Your Neighborhood Association Board of Directors adopted this Mission Statement to reflect its goals for McIntyre:

Our mission is to earn the reputation as a community where neighbors live with a spirit of respect, communication and compromise; where children grow up safely under the protective eyes of the entire village; and where every homeowner does his or her part to protect the value of our property.
