I recently received a letter from my mortgage company requesting a copy of the condo's master insurance policy coverage. In contacting the office which previously held the policy, I became aware that the Nationwide office that holds the master insurancy policy for the Marquis Downs condos at Bulle Rock has changed because the previous agent retired last year.
