West Cinnabar Block Watch Mission Statement
Our mission, to work to make our neighborhood safe by encouraging the residents to be observant, to report all crime incidents, to make all crime information that is pertinent available to the neighborhood, to maintain communication via phone and email, and for the block captains on each street to coordinate and work toward our goal of zero crime in our neighborhood.
