The Maples

About our association

The Maples is one of Middle Tennessee's first Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) neighborhoods.

Our community offers a diverse mix of housing, from apartments to condo clusters, from townhomes to homes overlooking Old Hickory Lake. Shopping, a fire station and a church all fall within The Maples too, making it a convenient and pleasant place to live.

Our recreational facilities include a swimming pool and clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, playground and plenty of room for softball, soccer, cycling and jogging. The Maples Homeowners Association is the umbrella organization for residents.

Three smaller sections of the community,have their own sub-associations, handling maintenance and management matters for their residents. These are the Deerpoint Homeowners Association, the Maples Townhouse Homeowners Association, and the Section IV Homeowners Association.
