Little's Creek Park Homeowners was founded in the fall of 1993.
Since it's founding, individual neighbors have have found by pulling together their individual strengths to a combined strength,they would be well represented and are!
Our neighborhood requests have been reasonable and have been looked on very favorably by our City Council:
We have a stop light at Sterne Parkway and Broadway.
We have a three-way stop at Ridge and Apache with a walkway from Ridge to the Highline Canal trail.
We requested and received sidwalks along Sterne Parkway by the apartments.
We have traffic calming on Euclid and soon to be on Elati.
We have new bridges on every street entering Sterne Parkway.
We have been allowed to divert the TownHouse building permit monies for playground equipment in Little's Creek Park.
Our meetings are always well attended. This is a real PLUS!
