My wife and I are about to begin building any day now and would like to know if anyone has any insights that they'd care to share? We've read the comments that have been posted over the last couple years but would like to know if there are current issues that are unresolved within the neighborhood. Has the 'guest' issue been resolved at the pool? What is the current HOA, $750? Have any of you had horrible experiences that you'd care to share so that we could potentially avoid them?
Obviously, we are very excited about our new home and look forward to moving in. However, if we can avoid some of the issues others have had we'd be very grateful.

) Last year we had a big Easter Egg hunt for all of the kids that I helped out with it was alot of fun and Im helping with it again this year...but that is the only neighborhood event I was aware of since we have been here. I have recently expressed my interest in having more events throughout the year so that we can meet more of our neighbors, so hopefully we will become a more active neighborhood. However, the pool in the summer time is also a really fun and great place to meet neighbors. If you guys havent moved in yet, when you do, I hope you love the nieghborhood!
