Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

How awful to discover that a beautiful home near completion burned completely to the ground in our neighborhood.  Does anyone know what happened?  I never saw or heard anything and was in total shock to make the discovery the next morning.

We live next door and were awakened around 4 am by the sound of the fire.  We thought our house was on fire, and we're fortunate it didn't go up in flames as well.  Thank goodness for brick!  The house wasn't wired yet and there was no lightning that night, so it was most likely set.  It's being investigated.

That's probably not the best choice of words. By "set" I just mean it didn't likely happen by natural causes (like lightning), not that it was necessarily intentional.  It could have been a smoldering cigarette.
