Would you please remove the topic "Complaints are lowering the value of our homes," or at least hide it somewhere else. It has dominated the headlines long enough. Too much negativity surrounding this topic. I believe it has served its purpose.

K-Dawg, I agree with you, the subject header alone had more negative impact than any of the post on the site.   I have requested it be deleted from the forum.

I'm sorry you've experienced the development of a formal way to address issues as negative.  My surrounding neighbors are very excited about a formal mechanism to place concerns on the desk of the developer.  I didn't see any negative responses from anyone on the blog, but I will look again.  It seemed to me that we were accomplishing exactly what you originally wanted for this site.  Take care.
