Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

i hit the enter button too quickly.....

what i wanted to state was.....

too many cars are parking by the islands at the front entrance when dropping or picking up their school children....barely leaving enough room to get by...its difficult and unsafe......

i know its probably not convienent, but is there anyway, the bus could just go to the clubhouse and everyone could meet there..or some other area that doesn't impededed the flow of traffic...... decclark 

I agree - I have trouble squeezing by most mornings.  

One question - isn't the rule that you have to stop when the school bus STOP sign is out/flashing?  If I can't get through the intersection before the bus gets there (because it is blocked by parents), I wait until the stop sign is folded back/flashing is off until I go, but I have seen parents drive by the bus while it is still flashing...

The club house is a good idea...

Parents can also do what I did...  I called the bus compound and had them add a bus stop closer to my home.  That way my kids can safely walk to and from the bus stop and I can watch them all the way.  I explained to the people at the compound that I felt the 4 way was not very safe and too far away from my home.  They realize that more people live back here and they are willing to help.  They only had it at the 4 way due to lack of people living in the neighborhood at 1st.   Just a thought
