Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

Attention: Trish Baker, Playground Location Suggestions

I'll do the best that I can but I've been told I would not be able to speak to Mr.  Brown until the end of the month.  Keep in mind that this topic was rejected in the fall because of liability concerns as well as the enormous cost. I mentioned this before and don't want everyone to get their hopes up too high.   I know that everyone would love to have a playground for the children but they were firmly opposed to it when it was discussed.   I'll keep everyone posted  though and definitely let them know that this is very important to many of you.....

We are excited about the possibility of a playground for the children. There has been discussion about placing it near the clubhouse. Has anyone thought of the pond. The "banks" around it are very steep  a smaller child could easily fall in if someone were not paying attention or was distracted. Hopefully this playground would be fenced in. Also, if the developers are against the playground would it be possibly to amend the restrictions so that trampolines could be set up in back yards during the summer months only? Thanks
