I am reposting this under a fresh topic since more snow is coming later today...
John, FYI The 4 family you mention at 3926 W. Clybourn Street is for sale and has an accepted offer. The owner has turned out to be kind of a jerk. He took a job in Texas some months ago leaving the rest of the family here till the house they live in at 456 (corner house) N. 40th Street is sold. The 4 familyhe owns (3926 W. Clybourn Street is also for sale and appears not to be moving. Probably because they owner thought he could make a killing and screw the neighbors he leaves behind. Well I don't think with the market the way it is it's going quite that way. Anyway if he made any snow arrangements they obviously are not working out AT ALL. I know he should be in town this weekend per the neighborhood grapevine and possibly this next week. So if someone wants to stop by there or maybe leave a note in the mail slot on the front of the house asking him to PLEASE take care of his snow issues that might really help. Maybe a few neighbors should do this maybe indicate even though he's trying to sellthe 4 family. he is still responsible for the property till he sells it. Otherwise maybe a call to the City????

Merry Christmas
I have chosen to be part of the solution. Sometimes family or work will have people relocate and must be hard on the family to be seperated for a time, It is the Holidays and I have noticed The family out there trying to remove the snow in a timley matter. When I am out with my snowblower I have always tried to help out what ever Neighbors I can We are all neighbors and if we all helped a neighbor or two out we all would have clean sidewalks and could spend the Holidays in a festive mood and not be Bitching about what someone else is not doing. Remember someday you may need a hand from someone or might not appreciate someone calling you out on this site So lend a hand and give your quilk to draw conclusion fingers a break on this web site.
