Whatever the circumstances property owners are still responsible for taking care of snow removal, lawn cutting, etc. if you live in the property or rent it out. I do think more of an effort could be made at the Clybourn Street property and wish whoever owns it well on their move.
However, once gone I hope there will be someone hired to manage things regarding maintainence till they do sell the property. This is just the responsible thing to do. owning a rental is a business and it should be taken care as one.
