Or they just don't care because they don't have to pay to fix it.  It just "magically" gets fixed.

And the same lights are out once again. I caught the little  brats this time though. Got it all on tape. Calling the sheriff today and putting it in their hands! Security cameras best idea EVER! Bet their parents will be proud! I just hope they can identify the kids. I ask a couple of the good teenagers here, and they gave names. HA! Take that! This home owner is fighting back!
