OK, it is pretty obvious you have an issue with this home owner and board member.  I can assure you that this member of the board has been issued orders to clean up their property on more than one occasion and that this member of the board has done what was requested by the association each time.  Public flogging is not an option here, if you have specific claims against this individual, please contact Affordable HOA or me personally and I will try to mediate a reasonable solution to the issues at hand.  JBD

Actually I've never met the guy.  It's the prinicpal of the thing.  Everyone on this blog talks about the kids on the street corners and this house or that house, but it doesn't look like there is much being done about it.  And if a member of the Board can't seem to get his act together, it's a poor reflection on the Board as a whole and it's control of helping maintain the neightborhood - or lack thereof.

Maybe a light flogging now and then would help get people's attention...
