Vehicles:

Inoperable vehicles are not allowed in the street at any time.

Only 2 vehicles can be stored on a property provided they are on a paved surface and they must be operable.  Vehicles are NOT allowed on yard areas.

I have had several complaints about the properties at the following addresses:

3376 Florrie -  Too many cars, parked in yard surfaces.  Junk piled up under car port.  Many referredd to property as night time parking lot.  It actually looks pretty nice during the day except for the stuff piled up out front.

36 23 Florrie - This little property without any HVAC system and which appears to have been broken into on numerous occassions, has outside a very gross chaise lounge and half a shopping cart. This property has been vavant for some time and has not been properly maintained by whomever is currently the owner.

3678 Florrie - Also known as the Jeepers Creepers house due to the over-sized vehicle which generally parks in the yard.  The property also enjoys the use of a huge yacht, a mid-sized trailer home.  Neighbors continually suffer cars parked on the road while they are being repaired and the noise of all the equipent used to repair these vehicles.  Vehicles are parked and/or stored in yard areas (not on paved surfaces) during the night hours.  They are above code limits for vehicles on property.
