FIA Geograpical Boundaries

Frankford Improvement Association, Inc. is a non-profit community organization that represents more than 26,000 residents. FIA(Frankford Improvement Association) begins at the east side of Belair Rd at the Herring Run Streams, extends north on the east side of BelAir Rd to White Ave.east. to Hazelwood Ave to the Baltimore County line, to Pulaski Hwy southeast to the Herring Run Stream then back up the Herring Run Stream along side Parkside drive to BelAir Rd. FIA communities are Gardenville, Cedonia, Hazelwood, Frankford, Furley, Moravia, Parkside,Frankford Estates, Hollander 95, Bowleys Lane with Herring Run, Moore's Run and Biddison Run as water and Park areas. Frankford Improvement Association Inc. has been established with the current boundaries since May 21, 1959.
