Free Culinary Training- classes start end of Sept/October

The Culinary Training Program is a certificate program that provides the basic skills and training to work in the food service industry. The program is a partnership between Federal Hill House Association and the Community College of Rhode Island.

We are looking for participants to start classes at the end of September or beginning of October 2010.

This training is FREE, and 

Classes will be held:

Monday - Friday between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Classes will be located at:  Federal Hill House and Community College of Rhode Island’s Providence Campus.

Classes offered are bilingual (English & Spanish).

Who can participate:

Any client 18 years old or older, who would like to work in the food service industry, who English is her/his second language, and who is currently collecting unemployment, male under 40 years old need to be register with selective service.
