Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control

Oct 04, 2002

The Deed Restriction Committee will make periodic inspections of the community. The focus of the next inspection will be patios. Patio cover must match wood, fascia, shingle and paint of house.

Submit the following to the Architectural Control Committee prior to initiating work on the planned improvements.

1. A completed Improvement Request form.
2. Complete and detailed buildings plans, material listing and specifications.
3. A property site/plot plan showing the location of the proposed improvement.
The plans and documents must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to commencing the construction, placement, addition to or alteration of, any such improvements on any lot. The Architectural Control Committee has thirty days, from the date of receipt to disapprove or approve such plans and documents. Once approved, the changes need to be completed within ninety days of approval. If the construction is not completed timely, the approval granted will be void.

All homeowners wish to keep their property values secure. We can help by being good neighbors and making sure that any improvements to our property are in compliance with the restrictions that were established on our behalf.

If you need help with your ACC Request Form please contact me. I can e-mail or fax the forms.
