Get Involved!

Our Homeowner's Association is not so much an "organization" as it is you and me working together to create and maintain a neighborhood that we love to "come home" to at the end of a day.

That takes a certain level of commitment on the part of each one of us. You can't just assume that someone else will do what only you can do. This means you will take care of your property so it enhances not only your home, but your neighbor's home and your neighborhood's appearance. It should also mean that you are willing to serve on an association committee or even on the Board. It most certainly means that you will involve yourself in the Annual meeting and other specially called meetings.

Hunters Chase 2 is a wonderful community of 700 plus homes with over 1,500 residents. Each of us rely to some degree on each other - and that is good!

Don't wait to be asked to assist in the Association - ask how you can help TODAY!! Call the Management Company and let them know you want to be involved. They will forward your interest to the Board.

The Association is only as good as the participation of its members.

You & Hunters Chase 2

Hunters Chase 2 is a "deed-restricted" community. When you purchased your home, you received a copy of our Declaration of Protective Covenants. If you do not have a copy, or you are a renter and would like a copy, please contact our Management Company:

The Covenants serve as the basic agreement between homeowners and the Association related to their property and the governance of the Association. Deed-restricted communities have demonstrated their ability to maintain property values while providing a safer environment in which families can reside.

For this to be true in Hunters Chase 2 requires three components: voluntary compliance to the covenants; enthusiastic participation by homeowners in the affairs of the association; and diligent oversight by the Board of Directors and Management Company.

Every homeowner can participate. You can serve as a committee member, as a Block Coordinator, with COPS or Neighborhood Watch. Get started by calling us to discover how you can make Hunters Chase an even better place to live and grow as family.
