Residents are responsible.

With the upcoming Holidays it is the residentent responsibility to make sure guest follow the parking ordinance. No parking on the street till driveway is full. No parking across form other vehicles. All wheels must be on hard surface. Respect your neighbors property. Any vehicle that blocks road passage will be towed at owners exspense.
