I found a friendly gray/white dog running loose on 2/24/2009 in the later part of the evening around Mount Shannon and Shannonbrook roads. No collar, tags, or leash. He's a fast runner, so I'm not sure which neighborhood he came from. He is young and friendly. Please call if you have any information on his owner: (937) 620-7722. I'll keep him for a few days and will turn him into rescue or a shelter if nobody claims him.
