This site has been created to bring communication to our community here in San Juan Capistrano. 

It is to be an open forum for residents with topics ranging from employment and job seeking to services sought or offered to neighborhood watch concerns and crime in Harbor lane.

The goal of this site is help make Harbor Lane a better safer place to live, and perhaps help a neighbor out who needs to sell something, find a job or report a theft.
