Happy Holidays from Poudre Property Services!

One of Poudre Property Service?’s responsibilities is the enforcement of The Hamlet?’s governing documents. On behalf of Poudre Property Services, I would like to bestow thanks upon the wonderful condominium owners of the The Hamlet for your high level of compliance with the governing documents. Even when there were a few violations, the owners swiftly complied.

These two prominent violations have occurred over the past several months:

1. Alterations made on the exterior of a unit without permission from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

2. Installation of commodities in the Common Area

To ensure compliance in the future, here are two
important reminders:

1. Please submit plans to the Architectural Review Committee for approval before you make alterations of any kind to the exterior of your unit. (This includes installation of a satellite dish.)

2. Please do not install or alter anything within the Common Areas.
