2002 Budget Ratified at Annual Meeting

Monthly Dues Increase to $145 on January 1, 2002

At the Hamlet Condominium Association?’s annual meeting on November 14, the Board of Directors presented the proposed budget for 2002, with detailed rationale for a monthly assessment increase from $115 to $145 effective January 1, 2002.

After discussion with the attending HCA members, the budget was ratified according to Article 3.6 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). (See your copy of the CC&Rs for more details about budget ratification. For information about assessments, see Article 4 of the CC&Rs, especially Articles 4.4 and 4.5.)

As of January 1, 2002, please make your monthly payments to the Hamlet Condominium Association in the amount of $145 instead of $115. (Look at the next article for a detailed breakdown of the services covered by your monthly assessment dollars.)
