Don't waste your time Grove.neighbors have called twice, to tell cops he's in hood. He's home as Im typing this.I just did call CPD, by time you the automated sytem stops running, then no appropiate button for wanted criminals. I GIVE UP!!! Same way with HIS trash between houses, Ive given up on that issue also. Been there, THIS TIME past 7 WEEKS. Think easier try sale this fall &get away from these types.
