Project Description

Our project is called the HRAP (Human Rights Activists Project)

Its main goal is to foster civic participation and activism amongst young people. The way this is manifested is to decide on a topic, investigate the issue, create and manifest a campaign, and then evaluate the progress made.

The issue we are working on:

This year our group has decided to teach people about the issues of DREAM (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) act. To do that, we will first conduct researches, and then learn about them ourselves. Also, we will conduct workshops, educate our peers, make flyers, and present information at the Global Kids conference and during the National Week of Outreach and throughout the month of May.
