Town Board and Planning Commission Meeting Information

Town Board and Planning Commission meetings are held on a monthly basis and are posted on this website. Special meetings or hearings must be published 10 days in advance by the Township Clerk. Zoning Variance Hearings are requested by the Planning Commission. Emergency meetings can be called any time by the Board Chairman (per state Law). Planning Commission meetings can be canceled at the discretion of the Commission Chairperson, if there is no business to consider.

All forms and documents must be submitted to the Township Clerk no later than Thursday before the Planning Commission meeting.

Copies of permit applications and all documents will be distributed to each commission member and board supervisor at least three days before the commission meeting.

Premise visits to applicants property can be requested by the commission chairman.

To obtain building permit forms, call the Township Clerk at 459-6236. Fax number is 459-3464. Filing fee is $25.00.

The role of the Public Safety Commission has been taken over by the Township Board of Supervisors. For any public safety emergency please dial 911.
