Membership Dues

Our membership dues are currently only $25.00 per year. Much less than what is paid in surrounding communities.

This mere $25.00 helps with Snow Removal in the Winter months, Annual Greenacres Kids & Family Day, Annual Concert & Picnic in the Park, The printing of the GWCA Newsletter eleven times a year and other GWCA sponsored events.

We have 1,000 homes in Greenacres and only have a percentage of paid memberships. (Approximately only 400 homes). Please pay your fair share.

Our goal is 100% participation for the entire community. Please pay your membership dues today of you have not done so.
