What is the deal with the house on the corner of Sawmill and Big Bear Ave.that's been for sale forever? Would someone please buy the place and put some weed and feed on the yard? It is pathetic. A true eye sre when you turn into our development.

Maybe we could all take turns mowing the yard and fertilizing. This house hurts all of our home values when people shopping for a development to live in drive by and see this.

Why don't you contact the HOA ? Do we still have an HOA ? I haven't heard anything for months. I do recall a lot of complaining going on here, when the last trustees were in office, that there was no communication. Well, why is there no complaining now ? Are these same people that complained, getting information that we aren't getting ?

I have no idea who the HOA represntatives are either. This means I would not know how to contact one of them or even how to find out who they are.

What do they do anyway? I'm sure they are busy but with what? What issues are they working on? What improvements are scheduled?
