too high of price

I tried to get my sister in law to buy it. She called and the owner told her the price.She said for what the house looks like, the price they were asking was way to high.

If you are talking about the house at BB Ave and BB Loop, don't go by the outside, that can be fixed in a matter of weeks. The house has a bunch of upgrades, it could be a steal. BTW, what was the asking price,if you don't mind saying ?

It IS an embarassment to BBF. The people that own that house should get what they can and then move back to the Hood.
