Congrats to the new licensees from the GERC Tech License Class of April 2011!! Welcome to the world of Amateur world and the mini-GERC family (whether or not you are in the boundaries of the GERC perimeter....after all, I am about half a world away and am a part of GERC!).
I am hoping GERC members will adopt some of these new Tech and help usher them along the byways and twists and turns of their entry to the world of amateur radio. I was glad to be able to help with the EchoLink demo for the class and to talk with many of them.
Their call prefix seems to suggest a welcome slogan special "Kome Join 6 or...." like a group discount special or something!
Congrats and I hope to hear them on the GERC Net soon!
