"HORSETHIEF CANYON DAWN TO DUSK OR BUST!"

Well, partner, it is time once again for the annual ARRL Field Day! Operators are needed to get on th air to make contacts with other hams nationwide and into Canada and below the border. We will begin setting up stations at Horsethief Canyon Park in San Dimas at daybreak on Saturday June 24th to get ready for the 11 am contest starting time. A sumptious BBQ will be prepared by Frank Bigelow, KG6TQH, with a 1 pm serving time expected. We encourage all hams and friends to bring their familes including children to this event, as there is a playground and restroom facilities.

At this writing we have plans to set up transmitters for 10 meters, 15 meters, 20 meters, 40 meters, and 2 meters SSB. Plenty of operators are needed for this all afternoon marathon, and you don't need experience or HF license priviledges as we will be operating under Rob Foth's KE6YGF callsign.
