The date for the Public Hearing will be January 26, 2010 in the City Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of City Hall.  The City Council meeting starts at 9:30 AM.  This will be the first Council Meeting with our new Mayor, so no telling when the actual public hearing will start.

Thanks for that info; I read the ordinance that's posted and I have a brick parking area off my driveway; I had better go and let them know that, as it looks like that may be illegal.

It seems a lot of people have brick parking areas and it is an issue with the proposed Ordinance.  The new proposed rules require an asphalt or concrete parking surface.  I really do not know what the answer will be for my parking situation.  The street is too busy to park on and I already have a full driveway.  I will have to be at the Public Hearing to hear about our other neighbor's concerns.

Reminder: This issue is scheduled to come up next Tuesday at the City Council Meeting.
