Luckily we found it and it was adjusted in the height and a thing is on the back wheel so you can tell a teanage boy it, how patetic this kid couldn't get his own bike so he stole a little girls bike. 

 

I was hoping soemone has a good reccomendation for bike locks. I am so tired of the theft and nasty people who I live nearby.
