Garfield East Neighborhood Association
ARTICLE I.
Name
The name of this association shall be the Garfield East Neighborhood Association.
ARTICLE II.
Purpose
The purposes for which the Garfield East Neighborhood Association is formed are
exclusively charitable and educational and consist of the following:
The specific and primary purposes are to unite people and organizations in order to
insure the progress and welfare of the neighborhood of the Garfield East Neighborhood
Association of Indianapolis. The Garfield East Neighborhood Association goal is to
provide a public forum through which citizens can democratically and effectively
improve their community in the areas of health, education, recreation, transportation,
safety, culture, taxation, economics, and other areas affecting the general well-being of
the neighborhood.
