Franciscan Park II Homeowner's Association Overview
Franciscan Park II consists of 45 townhomes built in 1976. We have a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom with a loft, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units.
One of the distinguishing characteristics of our compex is the "woodsy" atmosphere created by the abundance of trees and shrubs throughout the common grounds.
We have a very nice swimming pool and deck located in the center of the complex to be enjoyed by all the residents and their guests.
The Franciscan Park II Homeowner's Association is managed by Tandem Management, 6451 Independence Ave, Woodland Hills CA 91367. Our Property Manager is Neda Firouz. Neda can be reached at 818-225-0265 or via E-mail at tandemnf@pacbell.net
Our Board of Directors oversees the day to day operation of our association and engages projects aimed at improving the overall quality of life for our members as well as increasing the value of our property.
