Open Mid-May until Labor Day

The Community Pool May be reserved for Private Parties

Homeowners may reserve pool for private parties on Mondays only.

• Requires two weeks notice.
• Must be prepaid one week in advance. No exceptions.
• Observe all Pool Rules.
• Cleaning up after your party is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for any damage to the facility
• Must be a member in good standing.
• Pool may be reserved for 3 hours only.
• You pay for the guard, ½ hour before party and ½ hour after the party, a total of 4 hour for $72.00.
• $75.00 Refundable deposit. Deposit will be refunded if you clean facility after party and there is no damage. Damage to facility will result in keeping deposit and Homeowner being billed for damage over the $75.00 deposit amount. Please send deposit on separate check from pool rental fee.
• $75.00 Rental Fee for pool parties.
• No more than 50 guests.
• No Alcohol.
• No Private Parties on Holidays.
• Drivers License required.
• Homeowner must be in attendance.
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguards in attendance.
• Pool closes at 10:00pm. No exceptions.
• No party to start after 7:00pm.
