About Fox Run

The Board of Directors manages the community's affairs in coordination with our property management company, CMA. The main goal of the Board is to maintain and enhance the value of our homes and community by following the CC&R's. The Board also adopts and oversees policies and procedures.

The Board works closly with the neighborhood committees to ensure that our neighborhood is striving to be a better community. The Board welcomes any comments and suggestions on how to improve the neighborhood.

The Board of Directors is made up of 5 (five) homeowners who have volunteered to serve Fox Run. Board Members are elected by homeowners at the annual meetings each year.

Any homeowner interested in serving on the board should contact the Property Management company to be placed on the election ballot at the next annual meeting.

The Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month. Board meetings are open to homeowners. Please contact your property manager if you have an issue to be placed on the agenda for board meetings.
Membership in FRAHOA is mandatory, therefore if you own a home in Fox Run you are a member and are required to pay assessments.

The assessments are used to maintain the recreational facilities and common areas and pay a management company to oversee the collection of assessments.

The goal of the Board of Directors is to have $0.00 in unpaid assessments, construct a club house and put in a parking lot. It will take every homeowner in the community to achieve this goal.

Currently the Fox Run Social Committee sponsors the Halloween Costume Contest, the Christmas Lighting Contest, Easter Egg Hunt and a community wide garage sale. They are looking forward to the coordination of many more activities with the help of you as a committee member. Please call your community manager for information.

Volunteers are also needed on the government and rules committee. This committee is responsible for making sure that roads are repaired, stop lights and other traffic problems are solved, trees planted along sidewalks and many other issues. Please contact Michelle Barrantine your community manager at 817-857-1235 ext 26 for more information.

Fox Run also has a citizens on patrol group. If interested contact Kathie Lowery at 817-370-7167.
