What is the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Fox Run is a mandatory homeowners association. Therefore you must abide by the rules. That means that when you make changes to the exterior of your home you must submit a plan to the ACC. You must wait for the plan to be approved befor any work can begin. It doesn't matter if you own or rent you are bound by the same rules.

Save yourself a headache and send in that ACC form and wait for approval before beginning any exterior projects.
