Shame on those who trash up the Playground

Did you know only one volunteer cleans up the playground after your children trash it up?

Trash cans have been provided for trash.

Shame on you who insist on parking on the side of house

Did you know that parking on the grass and on the side of the house is not only aganst the Association rules, but also against city code. You are trashing up your neighborhood for those who are trying to live in a clean neighborhood.

High grass and trashed cars and trailers

The Fox Run CC&R's clearly state that grass cannot exceed 6" in height, cars must be operational and trailers cannot be stored in driveways. You who insist on this type of activity are driving down property values for not only yourselves but that of your neighbors. Think about how your neighborhood looks to others as they drive through.
