Vision:

A well integrated residential and business community sensitive to preserving natural, artistic and historical developments within a well maintained, safe and friendly environment.

Mission:

Our mission is to serve as a link to resources for the residents and to function as a catalyst for change in the neighborhood and the community-at-large. Whereby, we can become the community of choice within City Heights.

Goal:

It is our goal to achieve our Vision and Mission through the educating of the neighborhood residents on preservation and conservation issues and on City ordinances, laws, and regulations to combat urban decay, blight, crime, and environmental deterioration. In addition, to set forth physical and social improvements and to encourage neighborly relations among residents to lessen neighborhood tensions.
