I wanted to thank the person or people who stole my signs out of the field by the pond. I was approved to advertise and decided to put my signs there. How dumb was I to think we lived in a nice neighborhood. This neighborhood is turning into the slums and I hope the president is reading this now. I am ashamed to live in this neighborhood.

It may be trivial. I would hate for someone to steal something you paid alot of money for. This just adds to the neighborhood issues. When people are littering and you are watching it, then common sense would tell you to call the police. When someone has cars that are not tagged well then call the non emergency line. You have ways to clean this up. I don't!!! Would love to know who took my signs and hand them the bill.

Just out of curiosity, what did the signs say? Are you sure it just wasn't some bonehead kids not really understanding how much the signs mean to you or the cost? I think everyone who is a concerned citizen has done something in their past that they can't rationalize.
No one wants their belongings stolen. However, if it's not nailed down I bet someone would steal a bag of dog poo.
