Signs

Who specifically ''approved'' you to advertise in our neighborhood in this manner? The homeowners association never approves advertising like this. Also, the field across the pond is State property and maintained by the state. Signs are illegal. Finally, I live along the field you are talking about and do not want it junked up by advertising or other signs. I recommend you advertise in a more traditional way (newspaper or mail). I did not take your signs. However, if I see any signs in that field I will take them down. We do not have a real park in Crofton and that field is as close as we get. I'll be damned if I will let anyone put signs in up illegally.

Actually it was approved by the association. And no that is not owned by the state. I have lived here for 20 years and advertising is allowed. Second I am advertising for our neighbors in our neighborhood to let the know that I have a daycare conveniently located in our neighborhood.Third we do not have any deed restrictions so maybe you should go live somewhere where they have them. People can put signs where they want as long is it not located on major roads. I did my research before I advertised, so maybe next time you should also!!!!!!!

Approved?

You say the association approved it. When was that? If you use an educated guess you might be able to figure who took your signs.
You may have lived here for 20 years but you obviously do not know everything. We DO have deed restrictions.
One specifically states: ''9. No signs of any nature whatsoever shall be erected, placed or maintained on any lot within the premises described, except a single real estate 'FOR SALE' sign may be so placed and maintained.''
I am proud where I live and want to keep it as nice as possible. Little signs all over the neighbor only detract from it. I hope you did your homework for your ''business''.
I recommend you go to the next General Meeting (Thursday, September 20th @ 7:00PM) and ask your fellow residents if they want signs all over their neighborhood.

Lack of knowledge

Thank you all mighty mayor the neighborhood. If you are so worried about the approval and when why dont you call yourself and find out. I have the email to prove it was approved. After your first posting it was quite clear who stole my signs. If i had proof I would send you the bill. And last but not least DONT WORRY ABOUT MY BUSINESS!!! MIND YOUR OWN!!!!!!!!
