An experiment in community-building
At the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Flint Hill Manor Townhouses Association (FHMTA), I suggested that the Board look into adding interactive features to its Web site (www.flinthillmanor.org), so that community members could more easily share information about topics such as contractors, dog-walkers, baby-sitters, etc.
Fast-forward a few months, and I stumble upon this web site, which offers a free Web site to community associations, including some interactive features such as a Discussion Board, and something called "Meet Your Neighbors", which I thought might be a nice way for us to get to know each other a little.
So here goes... a little experiment in community-building. Let's see what happens!
