MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the Flat Shoals Civic Alliance, Inc. (also know as FSCA) is to promote the general welfare of the residents and real property owners of the area bounded North of I-285, South of I-20, West of Dooless Creek and East of Alameda Trail;to foster sound and constructive progress in cooperation with local officials without regard to political party affiliation;to encourage proper free and open discussion on all matters before the association, thus stimulating community-responsible citizenship.
