Fenwick Road Neighborhood Association

Barron Manor Neighbors have been discussing the litter that is a result of the weekly ad papers thrown at the end of driveways.  Since these papers are unsolicited some neighbors fail to pick them up leaving spots of blue from the protective plastic bags in varying stages of disintegration.  Some of us have called the paper and asked to have our papers discontinued and I just checked in front of my house- I see fewer papers but the issue is how do we reach those persons who do not pick up this uninvited litter nor attend meetings and are not on  our e-mail list.
