Yes, it looks a little cleaner on Fenkell. The nice trash cans are destroyed, but the green ones seem durable. I haven't seen as many hookers either.

The hookers have to pay $500.00 now instead of the previous $50.oo fine to get out of jail. Maybe the pimps and dealers don't want to put out that much to get them out.
