Voluntary Association

Falcon Ridge Legacy Neighborhood Association is a voluntary association, NOT a homeowners. The association only works as good as the volunteers. No one has to join but residents within the boundaries are considered members.

Our first Neighborhood Meeting

Our first Neighborhood Meeting was October 2007 and at that time it was about Crime Watch. There were many houses in our neighborhood that was getting burglarized and we needed to band together and help the police to get this stopped. Well the next day after we had the meeting the burglaries stopped. We had at that time, which was suggested by the our NP Officer Jacobs,starting to form a neighborhood assocation to do more possitive things for all neighbors. We began to get information on how to get organized, then "BAM" the big white elephant of gas leases was running through our neighborhood. We had to speed up our process and get things organized. We are still working to make things user friendly and make sure that all residents get the information that concerns them. The more neighbors involved with the Neighborhood Association the better the neighborhood will be. Volunteers are very important for the working of a neighborhood association as well as communication.
