The TxDOT that we all know and love has once again ignored the needs of the citizens of San Antonio when planning for future construction. Completion of Wurzbach Parkway from Bitters to Blanco is not on the schedule of projects to complete due to a lack of funds. Maybe, the money to finish the parkway would have been available if TxDOT hadn't instead decided to build an overpass and new entrance and exit ramps for the good folks living in The Dominion off of IH10. Yes, that's correct. The residents of the Dominion will very soon be enjoying their very own direct access to IH10 while the rest of us sit on over crowded freeways awaiting construction of new lanes.
